Terms of Use

Last updated: October 16, 2026

1. Parties and scope

These terms govern the relationship between producers using the PrintFlow TR platform (“member/producer”) and the platform operator. By using the service (by registering) you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Membership

  • You must register with a valid e-mail address and complete e-mail verification to become a member.
  • Keeping account information up to date and accurate is the member's responsibility.
  • Account access details must not be shared with third parties.

3. Scope of the service

The service consists of a store and quote page that the member publishes under their own brand, receiving customer quote requests, quote/order management and order tracking tools. The platform is a software/service provider; it is not a seller or producer and is not a party to the sale. For product prices, payment is made directly between the producer and the customer (bank transfer/EFT or the producer's own payment link); the platform does not receive product payments, does not hold funds and is not a party to the payment. The platform only collects the fees of its own subscription plans through its own virtual POS/payment infrastructure. Production, delivery and after-sales processes are directly between the producer and the customer.

4. Producer obligations

  • Comply with all relevant legislation (including tax, consumer, intellectual property and product safety) regarding the products produced and services sold.
  • Fulfil tax-related documents and obligations (including invoice/e-archive/e-SMM) in its own name; and be solely responsible for the production, quality, defective goods, delivery, shipping and compliance with consumer legislation as well as return processes.
  • Use customer personal data and model files only to fulfil the order, in compliance with the KVKK.
  • Not to produce copyrighted models without permission; comply with the prohibited content list.
  • Honour the advertised quality, lead time and working rules.

5. Relationship with the customer

A sales contract is concluded between the customer and the producer upon acceptance of the quote. The platform is not a party to this contract; production errors, shipping, returns and similar disputes are resolved between the producer and the customer.

6. Pricing and subscription

Use of the service may be charged according to the current subscription plan. Fees and plan conditions are shown on the subscription screen in the dashboard. If the member fails to meet payment obligations, the service may be suspended.

7. Prohibitions

It is prohibited to use the platform for unlawful purposes, in a way that harms the rights of others, by abusing the service, or to produce content contrary to the prohibited content list. Uploading and producing copyrighted, unlicensed or third-party designs without permission is also prohibited. In case of a breach of these rules or of the “Prohibited Content and Copyright Notice”, the operator may remove the infringing content and suspend or terminate the relevant account. You may submit violation and copyright reports to [email protected].

8. Suspension and termination

The operator may suspend or terminate the account, with or without prior notice, in case of breach of these terms, suspicious/harmful activity or legal requirements. A member may terminate their membership at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

The platform provides the software “as is” and “as available”; it does not undertake that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Responsibility for the production, quality, defective goods, delivery, shipping, compliance with consumer legislation, tax obligations (including invoice/e-archive/e-SMM) and return processes of the product belongs to the producer. Responsibility arising from the commercial relationship between the producer and the customer and from payment belongs to the parties. The platform's liability is limited to damages arising from its own fault; the platform cannot be held liable for indirect damages (including loss of profit, loss of data and business interruption).

Software Infrastructure and Disclaimer

Platform's Role. PrintFlow TR is a service provider that supplies software infrastructure (SaaS) enabling makers and designers to run their own branded digital store and manage requests, quotes, orders and production. The platform does not produce, sell or price products and is not a party to the sales contract between the seller and the buyer. The platform is not a payment institution, bank or financial institution; for product/service prices it does not receive payments, is not involved in the payment process, and does not hold or transfer funds. The platform only collects the fees of its own subscription plans through its own virtual POS/payment infrastructure.

Payments. Payment for products and services is made exclusively directly between the producer (seller) and the customer (buyer) (bank transfer/EFT or the producer's own payment link). Collection, refunds, invoicing and all related obligations are solely the responsibility of the relevant producer and customer.

Liability. All legal, commercial and financial responsibility relating to a sale — including production, quality, defects, delivery, shipping, compliance with consumer legislation, returns and tax obligations (invoice/e-archive/e-SMM) — lies between the producer (seller) and the customer (buyer). As the platform is not a party to the commercial relationship, product or payment, it cannot be held liable for claims, disputes or damages arising from that relationship.

Limitation of Liability. The platform provides the software service 'as is' and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. The platform's liability is limited to direct damages arising from its own fault and to the subscription fee; it is not liable for indirect damages (including loss of profit, loss of data and business interruption).

10. Changes and effect

These terms may be updated in line with the requirements of the service or changes in legislation. The current version is always published on this page.

This text is a template notice; in the event of any dispute, the legislation in force and the relevant official sources prevail.
